In the latter case, a note it made in the "Land-Specific?" column for what Lands in which the item does appear. Note that many items (take Dirt as an example) are found in more than one type of Land, but not all or even most types of Lands.These items do not appear on the list because they are found in more than one type of Land.
Note that some items or blocks are technical/dev-only, creative-only, or from other mods. These items which are not normally obtainable are not to be included here to save space.
