The three glow blocks featured in Shade lands.
Minestuck adds five new glowing blocks which radiate light. Three of these blocks are related to Shade lands, which are glowing mushrooms, glowing logs, and glowing planks. These blocks (with the exception of glowing planks) will naturally generate in their respective land.
Glowy Goop is a block unique to Fungi lands. It has Slime Block-like properties in addition to it being able to radiate light. It cannot, however, push other blocks though pistons like regular slime blocks do.
Glowystone Dust is an item that shares a strong resemblance to Redstone Dust in which it can be placed down and connect to one another, despite this, it does not have any other properties apart from it being a light source.

LOWAS (Land of Wind and Shade), a land that features lots of glow blocks.
Glow Planks can be crafted much like normal planks: by putting a glow log into a crafting table. By doing so, you will get four planks.
